There is a book "Taoist Yoga" by Charles Luk that contains quite a bit of some of the traditional teachings. It was first printed decades ago but still quite good and not at all like the New Age stuff floating around nowadays. You might also want to check out his book on Chinese Meditation. Here's the Amazon URL for a recent edition of the book:

yoga 99% practice
I wouldn't over do a backbend or a knee joint or anything like that - I would listen to my body & most definitely not try to unfairly progress too fast

yoga here (https://www.google.com/images?hl=en&q=yoga+asanas+list&gbv=2&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&ei=a1tTUpmiForpqgHB04GwBg&ved=0CCUQsAQ)

yoga here (http://www.bandhayoga.com/flyarounds.html)

Yoga here (http://www.yogajournal.com/poses/finder/browse_categories)

I find it easier to do yoga from pictures than from videos -- I do not want to keep pace with someone else - I just want to do it right without going too fast

& books - books are the best - or print those photos from the first link

YOGA asanas poster for sale -- 38 million dollars - I actually draw little stick people from my book & make my own poster so I Don't have to turn the page or try to keep the book open

I hate the term "Taoist Yoga". That's way up there with Chinese Karate and Shanghai McNuggets with Teriyaki sauce.

Learning yoga from video and books is the same as learning Kung Fu from video and books.

funny you say Chinese Karate
thats the only thing around here
mong su dom tai - I don't like the word Karate because it just doesn't sound Chinese to me -- I went into the mong su dom tai place one time & some guy said Krav maga -- I didn't see any asian people :( - I hate this neighborhood
it says Chinese Karate on the sign
I've got to go get beat up in the military some more :(
