I'm looking for a internal kung fu school and qigong school (preferably neigong) in the madison and twin cities areas. Does anyone know of any with good teachers?

Also, I'm looking for a good zen dojo in the same areas.

For Internal Schools (Nei Jia) in Madison there's Shifu Bob Yu (Pa Kua Chang and Hsing I Chuan), Shifu Tricia Yu (Yang Tai Chi Chuan) and at the University there's a Chen Tai Chi Chuan club that meets fairly regurlarly.

For Shifu Tricia Yu's website:

http://www.taichihealth.com/

For the Chen Tai Chi Chuan club's website:

There's is also a Zen Dojo in Madison, the Sensei is the author of the book "One arrow, One life" and also instructs Kyudo, his name is Kenneth Kushner.

Good luck.

This group is south of Twin Cities in Mankato. I know there is a Bok Nam Park affiliated Bagua school in Osseo, in northern suburbs.

Hope this helped.

Thanks for the info. I just moved into my dorm room at the Twin Cities yesterday! I will look more into Twin Cities dojos. As far as Zen dojos, I found "Clouds in Water Zen Center", "Compassionate Ocean Dharma Center", "Dharma Field Zen Center", and "Minnesota Zen Meditation Center". Have any of you ever heard of any of these?
Thanks.
