1. There is always some troll willing to tell you that they are better than you.
2. Even if you are the best, and you have them banned, they have multiple accounts under assumed names. So refer back to rule 1.
3. For every post you look at and think "I wish this was relevant to my training," there is somebody looking at your post thinking "Weight training will make you stiff and slow because tendons build up your biceps with lot's of chi-kung."
4. Contrary to popular opinion, you CAN teach spelling and grammer, but due to the inadequacies of public education, no amount of flogging or encouragement is going to bring that out.
5. An ******* is an *******. Even if they are nice "off the 'net/web/online" they are still *******s. Autonomy brings out a person's true personality. Don't hang out with *******s. It's bad for you.
6. The best thing you can do for your training is surround yourself with people who are actually physically present, and willing to train with you.
7. Being as good as you can be is the cumulative product of decisions you make, such as whether to train, or surf the 'net. You can choose to let it be (and practice) or you can decide your priorities lay elsewhere (and get to spam trolls) - as long as you understand that that is YOU, not "circumstances," or "somebody else."
8. Not all posters have hit puberty yet.
9. But the ones that have are still in the minority.
10. Wait! I thought of something: You know you're getting old when you feel embarrassed for anyone who writes "r0x3rS b0x3rs" and "133t!111!!11" on every other post.
