This had been discussed before.

The performer was a Wushu champ in Zhao Bao Tai Chi in the Hong Kong event.

There are a lot of circles around the arms and the body.

What is difficult is that he assumed a low stance. In all styles, there are high, mid and low stances or San Pan practices. In Ba Gua Zhang, there are also low stance practices.

You have to have a very good horse stance to do all that. The Bow stance or Gong Bu is almost like half squatting or Pu Bu, other than that the rest is as that in mid or high stance practice.

Depends on the style, I usually practice with high horse stance or Gao Ma Bu.

I believe that's the Zhao Bao line of Chen Taiji.

i dont care what anyone says about the martial practicality of what is doing ... he is crazy good at what he does. not sure it's my cup of tea, but he deserves props.

i also think it might hurt a little bit if he kicked you.

Zhao Bao Taiji... It's a branch off of Chen style, though they claim to be the original Taiji. Doing the form very very low is apparently one of their stages of training (acording to what I'd heard from a couple of Zhao Bao people).
