Master Li Zi Ming is the disciple of Dong Hai Quan.

Wu Tu Nan is the head of Wu style Tai Chi research committee.

This is a treasure clip.

Yes. They are old.

Wu style has small and refined movements.

Sun style shown emphasizes opening and closing or Kai He in hand and foot movements.

I like it very much.

c'mon - those geezers must be like 100 years old each - I could take 'em all easy!!!

no, no, no, just kidding, just kidding!!!

seriously, that was a neat little video - never saw that one before - excellent find - shows what a lifetime of dedication yields: consider that by 60 y/o, most people can barely walk anymore (at least in this country), so it shows how cultivation has true benefit (my teacher's teacher was fit as a fiddle until his death at 97 - evidently he missed his wife who had died not long before...); thanks!

I had seen a couple of those folks before and yes it is representative of the yield of life quality that comes with regular exercise.

60 years old and can't walk in your country Chris? Where do you live? Cripple ville? :p

I would push that number out to 80+ I see plenty of virile and full of energy 60 yr olds and older pretty much daily and I'm not that far from where you are.

Must be your water or something. :D

Someday I hope to have a beard as cool as that! Did you see him stroking it Pai Mei stylee in the background? I'd also like to have the kung fu skills that come with the beard at that age. Nice vid!
