(NYC WC) Easy question about Sifu Grados

I'm thinking of going to Grados classes, but I couldn't seem to find an address for the studio in union square in manhattan. I have called and emailed but I dont get any replies. I went looking around Union Square and all the streets sorrounding it, but found nothing. For anybody who knows about Grados can you give me the adress of his studio?.
