Right, who would win of the following and why.

Choy Lee Fut
Southern Mantis

Ying Fu Bagua

the wind blows and a leaf is taken off into the distance, with the same wind another leaf is taken, but drops before the first lands.
with a different wind perhaps the second leaf would travel further then the first.

someone fights, both are of similar skill.... one wins.... another day they fight again, this time the other wins.

What on Earth are you talking about? Maybe you misunderstood the question. Who would win out of the styles above.

Hard Fists

Probably depends on who's fighting. While different styles may be great, a fighter is an individual.

It also doesn't always depend on the skill levels. A lot of the time it is just pure luck that lets you one-up your opponent.

Perhaps they slip on a loose rock...?

But i'm still gonna say Pak Hok Pai...even though it isn't listed.

form without function is folly.

styles don't beat styles. Styles are ideas. They are moot without someone to properly apply.

all styles have people who attempt to learn to apply, but the people who can apply are outweighed by the many who cannot. And those few who can, do not have it all.

style vs style is in this context laughable.

move onto a topic with meaning and problem/solution reality.

Shaolin 9mm Glock style would take them all (at a distance)

well obviously the answer is Judo, cuz Judo got Judo Katanas and wtf no bald chics.

Sow Choy

What if one of the fighters was a master of all those styles?

And what if the other knew the same but one more style??

brothernumber9
09-27-2005, 11:50 AM
Thats why it was a trick question and he didn't put Judo Katanas as one of the styles because Judo Katanas is all those wrapped into one but with ninjuitsu and jujuitsu too or as the are both known as "the Juits", and there's no wtf bald chics cuz he knew they was bald and had not hair on their head from the start but that's okay cuz the Judo Katanas can kill them and if they have a knife you can always use "the juits" like his m8 Andy.

I got it right. End of thread.

You know I take exception to the way you spelt CLF when it is clearly Choi Lee Fut. In fact I heard there is a document from when Chan Heung visited San Francisco that he stated specifically that it was Romanized 'Choi' for all lineages! That is of course unless you come from one of those hybrid *******ized CLF Eagle Claw schools in which case the more differently you Romanize it the better! :p

We had a discussion about Cantonese romanisation, and Gene said that in the commonly used academic model it would be Choi Lieh Faht. In Beijing dialect/colloquial Chinese it's Cai Li Fo.
Anyway, after careful consideration I would have to say...........
ME!!!

The style the jets gang uses in west side story would defeat them all.
