The "internal" talk was short-lived.... anyone care to discuss their style's finer details and lets discuss its similarities and differences to chen taiji "dan tian" and other things?

Chen style taiji is considered "internal" and has strong emphasis on using the dan tian as central co-ordinating centre for the "shen fa" or body methods.... and many well known "internal" styles also have emphasis on "dan tian".....

Especially in fajing....do your styles emphasise co-ordination of breathing with the fajing action?

Buddy, do Gao style baguazhang emphasise a "lift" to the dantian on the "xu"....and a sudden "sinking" of the dan tian on the explosion when you fajing? I think a noteworthy point is that many internal styles emphasise "zhen ti jing" or "whole body power"........ interesting to see how others see their style in comparison to chen style body methods.....

Buddy, does your style use the terminology "dan tian rotation"?
