nice video clip.

take all the precautionary and safety measurements for all parties all involved.

you, training partners, teacher, ref, by standers,

good clearance and cushion or padding on the wall, cups for the groin etc.

what to expect in high impact kick, high kick etc.

slippy floor, good base or root on the standing foot before raising the other foot to kick etc.
