this is inspired by the muscle building or weight lifting thread.

In Tong Bei or Pi Gua, you want more flexibility around the shoulder, upper arm and back muscles.

so if you have heavy chest, thick upper arm muscle masses, they may be in the way.

Depends on the origins of power or Jing, and how our body relaying it or transmitting it to other boby parts.

f=ma. true.

1. if the mass is your arm or your whole body.

2. acceleration. if the distance is shorter, you have more acce with the same speed.

3. add downward Jing to your forward Jing, you may have a big composite or vectorial Jing.

etc.


My point is that huge weight or muscle mass may be in the way.

and there are other ways to increase your Jing or force.
