You'd asked me about Jan/Feb 2004 (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/magazine/article.php?article=436) privately, and I just remembered that many of the masters featured in that issue bought lots of copies for themselves. You might try to contact them directly. Four masters received a lot: Aiping Cheng, Helen Wu, Wang Jurong, and David Chin. Many of the authors chose to be compensated in issues too, and many of the Yau Kung Mon people grabbed up issues. You might try inquire with them...
