I just regestered on one of the sponsors sites, "world combat dating" - just another way to meet chicks. There was an ad for a book or two books, I am not sure. He talks about stretching that can make you super flexible and a no equipment work out, for strength, upper body and core, if I got it properly. Anyone saw it before? This is the webpagehttp://elasticsteel.com

I don't know about the books or anything, but the pics on the cover are nothing special. Anyone who stretches a lot after they train while their body is still hot can get that.

You're such a loser - a true tiger would never use a website to find chicks.

"The chicks may be found beside the stream by the running river. The true way of the spiritual to find them is to integrate the mind with your spirit. Then you will reach true spiritualhood."

Why bother, when you can go to Match.com and find ten of them all willing to sleep with you on, or darn close to the first date?

You are ovbiously not very predatory in your endevores!

Yes, fishing with dynamite may be cheating, but who gets more fish? ;)

That website looks a bit gay theres some bad yoga postures combined with vandamme like poses.

One book i bought about 10 years ago now, and i would definately still recommend it is Stretching Scientifically -A Guide To Flexibility Training by tom kurtz
They have it on http://www.fightingarts.com/estore/

Personally i didnt stick to a proper stretching routine to do the splits but the two things it promises and delivers are how to kick at any height whilst cold without needing a warm up.
And how to actually strengthen the muscles whilst you are stretching them.
I must have followed his advice religiously for 3 months and the effects really were amazing, even 10 years after i may not stretch for months at a time , but when i do i havent lost what i gained for those 3 months years ago.

I just got the book today. Less than 80 pages, but focused on splits and kicks. Most of the exercises are new at least to me. I skeamed through it, hope it works.:)

D@MN dude. $22.95 for a book on stretching. You could probably get all that info on the web for free.

Here's one resource: http://www.stadion.com/column.html

Here's another: http://www.ckfa-kungfu.com/training/ckfa_stretching_program.htm

Seeing how you already bought it. Good luck.

Actually, in Finland, school lunches are free.
