I am pleased to announce that my teacher, Hu Xi Lin, will be offering a two day intensive workshop on Mantis fighting techniques and theory. This will be the first of periodic seminars offered to those interested in furthering their Tanglang San Shou skills, and understanding of Mantis theory and technique.
December 10-11, 2005. 2pm-5pm $90
Held at: Fitness Unlimited 150-2251 No. 5 Rd. Richmond, British Columbia
Saturday: Striking techniques of Plum Blsoom Praying Mantis Boxing. Demonstration of Chin Na and theories on listening hands applications. Understand how to derive combat applications from traditional forms.
Sunday: Discover the hidden power of Six Harmonies Praying Mantis Boxing. Mixed combat pplications and quick throws (kuai chiao).
Hu Xi Lin will also be available for private lessons. Schedule those early as private slots fill up fast with him.
