Here is an article for those of you who can't touch your toes.
I got this article yesterday. I been doing it last night. The amzing part about it is no that it improved my flexibility. But rather, the fact that I am not sore today.

Only good things about the program,
compact, to the point, clear.
the elastic band snapped after few weeks of use,
they mailed me a stronger one right back.
