For those of you lucky enough to be attending the VTAA conference next week, a real treat awaits you. A long time WC teacher and 30yr follower of the late Wong Shun Leung named Yeun Yim Keung will be demonstrating the twelve sections of BJD on stage. The sections are rarely seen and represent what Yip Man taught Wong Shun Leung over an 18 year period. Before his passing, Wong taught only a couple of his closest students. Yeun was always at Wong's side and was Wong's most senior and trusted WC knive player. Over the past six years, Yeun has spent a lot of time traveling - trying his best to finish instructing the BJD system to all the senior members of the late Wong Shun Leung.
Hopefully, all of you attending will enjoy the demonstration. I wish I could go to HK but I am stuck on the rock pushing paperwork at the job. . .
