It is called double pushing hands with the bow and the arrow stance or Gong Bu Shuang Tui Zhang. this is the generic name.

Every style has its stylish name.

In this style, it may be named the BMW parking pushing hands.

Oh ya, in our style, we have a mobil oil tanker parking pushing hands.

Oh ya, in our style, we have the Tai mountain or Tai Shan pushed to east China Sea or Dong Hai hands.

Oh yea, in our style, we have the rocket to the moon pushing hands.
