We all know body chemistry has a lot to do with fitness, performance, and about everything else to do with ma. What are some good ways to optimise the bodies chemical production (adrenaline, testosterone, etc.). I know diet and exercise, breathing, meditation, what else?

Do any of you use testosterone or other chemical supplements? What micronutrients are good for the bodychemistry?

Any thoughts, links, articals welcomed! thanks

There is a whole lot of conjecture, a lot of contradicting results of studies, and not nearly enough research done in this area.

As a general rule, eat natural whole foods. If it has ingredients that you can't grow or kill, then do your best to stay away. This will ensure your body is clean of toxins. Get good sleep every night and practice some sort of stress relief such as meditation, yoga, etc. Practice positive visualization and other performance related psychological techniques.
