Since I'm in Korea, I'm looking into possible Korean arts that may be similar to qigong for increasing and channeling my ki. In my other thread (http://forum.kungfumagazine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39330) I was recommended to check out sun-do, which I assume is the same as sunmudo. This led me to GiCheon.
I'd like to know anything you can tell me about GiCheon or Sunmudo. I know I can read websites(and I have), but I'd like outside perspectives if possible.
