My sifu told me that aside from Pak Hok, he teaches Tai Chi Chuan and Liu He Ba Fa. I'm just wondering where I can get some info on Liu He Ba Fa.
I don't really know anything about it other than some people call it Water Boxing. Not sure what lineage it is either. I'll find out next week.

I'm from Northwest Arkansas. I study an art called Pak Hok Pai. It's Tibetan White Crane.
BTW, I talked to my Sifu last night. He doesn't teach the Liu He Ba Fa. He told me that he only knows a little bit, and that he is in good standing with a master from Chicago. He hopes to learn more on his next trip to see him.

And it would seem that master is Wai Lun Choi.:)
He was up there the weekend before last to have some friendly matches with his students. Apparently they had a good time.
