I have listings of at least 5 Pa. bagua teachers at my website (http://kabooom.com/htmls/baguaschools.html). At least 1 is in Philly.

John Painter has an affiliate school outside of Philadelphia. I don't know his pakua organization's website, but you can link to it through www.thegompa.com (http://www.thegompa.com)

Be careful with count's list, some of those people, well I should say at least one, doesn't teach pakua. ;)

Are you moving to Philadelphia? There are more options if you don't mind driving a bit in North and Central NJ. If you are looking for once or twice a week training, NYC is not that far of a train ride away.(that town is loaded with kung fu)

I have gathered that list through the pakua journal and some other websites. I can personally only vouche for 2 on the list. I have more to add but I have been painfully slow on updates lately. Please tell me which one does not teach bagua? If anyone has others that I could add it would be greatly appreciated.

Zhang Gui-Feng teaches contemporary wushu. Is ther such a thing as contemporary pakua wushu? If there is, then please disregard my questioning of the list. Some of the people on Mike Patterson's teachers directory also are contemporary wushu instructors. Can you learn true neijia at these contemporary wushu schools?

Thanks guys. One more thing. Do any of you train with Li Tailiang or know anyone who does? I think he is based in New York some where. If so, I really would appreciate hooking up some email addresses for me or any other way of contact. I am eager to meet this guy.

Li Tai Liang teaches in Flushing, NY. I don't know of a web address. You couldn't do much better for a hsing-i and pakua instructor. He knows SHanxi Hsing-i which is the oldest and softest branch of that art. His pakua is CHeng style.
