What im looking for is a dvd that shows me how to do the " forms " and i dont want any cheap copied/poor quality dvd !

The TST dvds will be less useful if you do Ip Chun Lineage!

Hi ,

- The Wooden Man video which has the whole dummy and hand forms produced by legendtv.co. uk - you'll need to call them as they dont advertise it on the site but should have it.

- There is also the traditional wing chun tape that sifu kwok produced in germany that has all the hand forms from varying angles in excellent quality. Give him a call - his details are at www.kwokwingchun.demon.co.uk

- Sifu Kwok Cheung also has a DVD out for only £20 which looks good quality - go to southwingchun.com

- Paul Oneill up in Newcastle has also put an excellent DVD together called advanced wing chun which has all the forms including weapons in excellent quality - only £20 too! It is Ip Ching lineage but its well worth looking at.
