What type of Tai-chi and pakua were taught at the Wudan temple? Were any other arts taught there? Was this a Buddhist or Taosist monastery? If the Wudan taught its own version of the internal styles, do they differ significantly in training methods or appearance from other branches of these arts?

It's a Taoist monastary, and they also have tai chi there. You should read that article Gene Ching wrote called "Wu Tang returns to Wudang" or something like that, it has some good info. It's on the kungfumagazine site.
