How much time?

I just finished a 4 mile run (on the treadmill cause it's cold outside) and I am sitting here eating my Salsalito Turkey with extra sharp cheddar and spinach on a whole wheat wrap wondering, how much time does everyone spend on this website per week?

Am I here too much, average, or less than average (if I'm on less than average, you guys are here too much:D )

sometimes i shut it down when the forum is being lame though.
