Greetings,

I remember reading his last name as Calvin. He is a student of Wai Lun Choi and, if I remember correctly, in the Chicago area. You can ask Wai Lun Choi himself:

Tony Galvin (yes, it's Galvin) stayed with me in NY for about 6 months or so. Very nice, he was excited to spend some time with my Sifu. This was back in '93, and I haven't really been in contact with him since. I think you can get someone from the lions roar website to contact him if you like.
