I'm still reading it but wanted to post it up for discussion. So far it's Karate based but then Karate was established here well before CMA took hold.

Very interesting read. Especially for us old timers, although I didn't officially start until the mid 1970's. (I started reading page two before page one)

EDIT: I know it's a lot of reading Frank but 2/3 down on page one it mentions Lau Bun.
