Hi everybody,

I have a question on Yang style Taiji. I was curious if the Yang style taiji contains any chan ssu jing type of movements in it? I am not familiar with the yang style form. Most of my experience comes from Chen Shi Taiji. From my knowledge it is only the Chen style that contains chan ssu jing, but I can be wrong.

You must eat bitter before you can taste sweet.

Yes Yang style does have chan ssu jin. The movements aren't nearly as noticable as Chen style. The movements tend to be more compact visually or "hidden". If you watch a "good" practitionar of Yang style you will be able to notice it.
