Loong Ying or LUNG YING it is translated to Dragon Shape. It is a Southern based Chinese style.

It is a close quarter fighting system and not fancy to see, but great for fighting with.

The club/School you posted is well known. You should go see a class and judge for yourself if it is right for you.

I will be bias since I Study and teach the style.

Do a google search on Dragon Shape or Lung Ying or Southern Dragon you will get alot of more information.:D

That's what I was wondering. . . . it is southern dragon? I've seen a little bit of this style and it seemed to be very practical and no-nonsense.

Yes, Lung Ying and Southern Dragon are the same style. Some also call it Dragon Shape.

It is very practical and its no nonsense approach makes it effective in close quarters situations.

plenty of locking, twisting, ripping motions to name a few.
