I am looking to find the Chinese pronunciations for the postures in the Yang 24. I have certain phrases that I want to learn. For instance, I am not sure if there would be a big difference in say, "Grasping The Sparrow's Tail" and " Grasping The Bird's Tail". I can e-mail the posture names to anyone who could do this. If there is a site I can find these, that would be great too.

Thank you,
Sam

Look, and it can't be seen.
Listen, and it can't be heard.
Reach, and it can't be grasped.

There is a book called

How To Grasp The Birds Tail If You Don't Speak Chinese. By Jane Schorre and Maragaret Chang.

I'll see if I can find the book.
