Alright you sons a biatches I'm checking in finally!!!! My grandparents have dial up so I don't even bother getting online for fear I might chuck the computer out the seconds story window because it takes so long to get online. :cool:

Well like I said I wasn't in town to work out and I had company in tow so next time for sure I'll be working out with you guys. As for the shirtless 2006 awards I have 7 months left before the judging even begins on that contest. So relax fellas you'll get your chance to see me all greased up... :D

I must say that ohio still sucks the frozen sac of a diseased donkey in the weather department..... I left upper 70's for this 28 degree snowy garbage!!!! sunday can't come soon enough!!!

:D Actually, I enjoyed the cold. Being in phoenix now and the fact that we're going on 200 days without rain and averaging 70's and 80's through this winter it was nice to be cold for a change. But it was just plain nasty there snow wise... :cool:

Maybe you could train in the snow like Rocky?

Run with firewood or cross county ski, those are great exercises and should put you over the top. It's a better workout than just sitting around sweating with the elderly in God's Waiting Room.:D
