Hong kong/ Beijing

I'm going to china in 2007. Does anyone knows some good trainers, masters or any place to visit in hong kong and beijing? Preferably masters in taiji, qigong, shaolin, maybe even in jeet kune do, anything else is good to, I like to learn from more martial arts. And is there someone who could help me get an adress to stay for a some days, a week or maybe longer? Thankz..

I am nowhere near Hong Kong and about a day by bus away from Beijing. I also am unsure if I will be in China in the entirety of 2007 or not but if you are ever visiting Shanxi and if I am still here drop by for a visit.
