Has anybody seen this book?

Waylander,
It has forms from Seven Star and Tai Chi Praying Mantis according to Biggie Laoshi.

Hi! Waylander

There are 3 Northern Mantis books written by Lam Wing Kit. 2 thin and 1 thick.

The thin book with green colour has the form
1) Big Waterwheel (Da Fan Che)
2) Small Waterwheel (Xiao Fan Che)
3) Hard Strike Punch? (Li Pi Quan)

and with light brown colour has
1) Big Movement Form (Da Jia Shi)
2) Small Movement Form (Xiao Jia Shi
3) Mantis Fist (Tang Lang Chui)

The thicker book with green colour is a Quan Pu (Book with form and stroke name) and consists of 7 star mantis and Tachi Mantis and 2 persons hand forms.
They are reference materials.
