Qi Elements Tai Chi and Shaolin school (http://qielements.com/default.aspx) is now under new management. The Tai chi program is now accepting new students for Tuesday and Thursday classes in Yang style Tai Chi at 6:30 pm, Saturdays at 9am. More experienced students can come to the 7:30pm classes on Tuesday and Thursday and Saturdays at 10:00 am for push hands, weapons, and more.
The school has a unique qigong program as well and offers classes in Traditional Shaolin Kung fu under the guidance of Shi De Shan a monk trained at Shaolin temple in China.
