I don't have that great of hearing, and at 20 yrs old, I really don't want to walk around with a hearing aid sticking out of my ear, no matter how small it is. I had alot of ear infections when I was little and I don't help matters much by playing the music in my car a little too loud... I was wondering if anyone has heard of using Chi Kung (or any other internal art for that matter) to repair and improve hearing.

Well if you place your hands on the back of your head like if you where getting arrested, but put your palms over your ears instead, the middle and pointer fingers are located just above the base of the skull and if you LIGHTLY tap your middle finger (alternately, right middle finger then left) and you keep your palms over your ears this will sound like someone to playing a drum inside your head, I have been told doing this in the morning and before bed 50 taps will stimulate the ear canal.
Also any qigong that directly affects the kidneys will affect the ears.

The circle will always be, but you alone decides when it starts and where it ends.
