I got a book on Ngo Cho Kun or Go Cho Kun By Jose P. Chua it has the Sam Chian form in it this book is in english and the sam Chian form is a bit diferent than Alexander L . Co s book and his sam chian form . You can get this book buy going to Bookfinder.com and put in Jose P. Chua and there should be some out of print books that come up there you will find Go Cho Kun book
