Greetings,
The Dynaflex is a gyroscopic gripping device that gets stronger as you spiral it with wrist action. It can generate up to 32 pounds of resistance at a top spin speed of 8000 to 9000 revolutions per minute.
I really enjoy this toy and I recommend it to all who favor a strong grip. It can be held a variety of ways: from full grip to fingertips. It is great have to put the final kill and finish on forearm and finger work.
If there is a drawback, it is that the Dynaflex is not made for accidental dropping. A heavy duty version with greater resistance would be most welcome.
