I used to play this sort of thing in Collage years before the internet. All over our collage campus. It was particularly funny when members of the student government would be Hit in the middle of a senate meeting or something.

That sounds kinda fun actually. However, I would only play if I were a bachelor. I would not want someone knowing where my wife and kids were at.


It would also suck if you went to lunch with your boss, and the waiter throws a water balloon in your face. That would be he!la awkward, and tough to explain!
