Rooting and Grounding Force
The 6 Harmonies (Basis of Structural Training)
Zhan Zhuang (Standing Meditation)
Proper Rotation of the Dan Tien (The energetic center of the body)
Chan Ssu Gong (Silk-Reeling Energy and Exercises)
Individual posture training and corrections
Day 2: Combative Concepts of Chen Style
Quick review of Day 1 principles
Ba Fa: The 8 Energies (Methods) and the Wu Xing :5 Phases
Fighting applications of posture training
Fa Jing (explosive force): principles, training, and application
Chin Na: principles and application
Weapons Demonstration
2 Full Days of Instruction (60 90 minute break for lunch): $120.00 (If given by May 17th There after and at the Door $150.00 CASH.)
