First note the spelling used "choy LEE fut."

This brings up Chan Family to mind. I've also noticed Hung Sing branches using this spelling.

Which means that it's less likely to be a Buk Sing or Lee Koon Hung school.

Better yet HSK, just send an e-mail to Network Solutions (http://www.networksolutions.com) their domain registrar and have them shut down. No companies allow such websites or discussion forums to be hosted, they'll shut them down quickly.

On the other hand it's funny to read that how this guy talks about his interest in oriental martial arts and how he got involved in them by seeing Jackie Chan movies. LOL you must not read regulations and dealt with the legalities of 'PC crowd'. (I got hooked on watching MMA fights from a computer professional).

NO companies allow discrimination, racist comments on any sites, trust me, just contact Network Solutions Inc. - whom I have already worked with for many years - and ask them.

Sports, martial arts and even adult sites are allowed to be hosted - although many companies don't allow adult sites for etical reasons - but racist comments/sites/forums are not allowed anywhere. I have designed, setup and managed enough websites to know this.

It's interesting to hear that free speech is not allowed on the open and 'free' Internet. I am aware that MA and adult sites are allowed. I'm talking about the fact that once you allow censorship of one group you invite censorship of others. Where does it stop and who decides?

We have a Constitutional right in this country to believe what we want, whether it's popular or not, and to discuss it openly with like minded individuals. You don't like what they have to say don't go there.

Stand up against racism all you want but don't whine and cry when it's you and you're beliefs in the crosshairs. Know what I mean?

I know what you mean Ou Ji. The only thing is martial arts are used for self-defense - hopefully everyone shares this with me - or in sports for competition.

Rasism involves a lot of legal issues, matter of fact I was just reading one of their treads and someone was complaining that he can't get a tatoo in Missouri because state laws prohibit shops to tatoo, or display a tatoo of any rasist nature (signs or logos) on any one.

As martial atist I teach martial art as an art of self-defense that could save someone's life. Rasism doesn't constitute the growth of anyone and only provokes conflicts between large crowds therefore there are legal limitations placed on what is allowed and what is not.

You're right though, if someone wants to waste his/her time on such things, I also don't care, it's not my life wasted. I'm just saying from experience in signing many contracts of web related nature that it was always stated as one of the points that I/we do not display any rasist messages. These involve legalities and companies do not want to get involved with that; however no martial arts or combat sports were ever mentioned or discussed.

As much as I dislike racists (whether they are white or black) I agree with Ou Ji. We cannot infringe on someone else’s rights in order to enforce our own. Our fundamental rights to free speech is a valid one, and we need to respect that, whether we agree with that speech or not. But it’s a fine line, hate speech can cause terror and crimes, which obviously also violates our human rights and dignity, so there need to be some kind of policing, or lets call it ‘ management’ to help deal with these problems.

Look at cases like in Zimbabwe for example, where there is no freedom of speech. It only starts with one small act, next you know, we are contributing to some larger problem. Besides, I think its naive to assume no one has ever complained about this to their ISP.

I have seen a fair amount of Racist remarks being thrown to people on this forum too. Does this mean every racist comment must be dealt with by the hosts of the site?

Personally, I think by just reading their site I support them, and by posting on that site, we give them more credibility than what they deserve. Sad thing, they even have their own separate forum that deals specifically for and with my country, even with posts in my native language. That could make people think that all of us here are racists, which is obviously not the case.

Sad thing really. Should we impose on someone’s rights, or should we allow someone to impose on our human dignity. They will just find another way to continuo their hate speech either way.
