this is coming form a country that never won the high or long jump. Im sure coach Ross and other more experienced guys can vertify tis bs.

Bs....nope ...take with a pinch of salt yes...but qing gung training is/was very real.
It is only a skill, but as the point of the posts on empty flower was lost skills.

Most legends of people skills were based on element of truth, it is sucessive stories about them that grow, i saw him jump over a man...no I saw him jump over a cart...no I saw him jump over a wall...question is how tall was the man how big was the cart, how high was the wall
