I like the eight brocade. My brother likes Yi Jing Jing and 18 Luo Han. He said they are high level of Yoga.

the practice of Qi Gong will promote your health.

so what type of Qi Gong you practice?

I do the eight brocades, muscle tendon change, bone marrow wash, standing post, dragon pearl play, and individual gongs. Also practice the Nei Gong from Sil Lum that I learned from my former sifu.

meditation is usually seated Ch'an, but I also still use the transcendental meditation method at times depending where my heads at that day.

It's all good and blends well with kungfu practice.

I study and practice Jin Gon Tzu Li Gong. It is a very high level medical qigong that teaches you qi projection into your patients body to rebalance stagnate or actual blockages in the meridians. thus curing many diseases i.e cancer, AIDS, bells palsy, MS, RTS sickle cell anemia etc etc
