hey, i started doing these reverse pushups recently. can anyone who does them regularly tell me what are the benefits you've seen and in general if you find them to be a worthwhile exercise?

Can you be more specific? What are they?

ok , i'll try to make this clear.....what you do is start by sitting on the floor with your legs in front of you, hands by your sides, palms on the ground. then, lift your body so that your in a kind of bridge with your knees bent at 90 degrees, chest and body raised off the floor. return to first position and repeat.

i imagine it's good for your back and maybe shoulders. i feel it in my hamstrings too. just wanted to see if anyone who had experience doing these over time liked them or what.

I know what you mean now. I do those on my knunkles every now and then. They're good for the triceps, sholders and back. I have my students do those once in a while to change up the routine a bit. The more stuff you can do, the less bored you will be.;)
