well im back to work now after taking a few months off for intense training.
i saved up some money and left my job to train full time for a while.
i highly suggest this if you feel like you need an escape or a catch up in your training.
just completed my blue sash rank test this past weekend and the full time training really paid off. i had not realized how much my conditioning had improved in just a few short months.
but alas now its back to work. part time of course, which will still leave me a few hours 6 days a week to train.
this was my first immersion in a strictly only kung fu activity lifestyle. no work, no other hobbies. just training, eating, and sleeping. I must say that for a city bread american it was difficult to adjust too, but it has paid off.
it gives me a much higher appretiation for true temple training. and now i have a small understanding of how my masters training was as a kid growing up.
