Personally, I like turkey, a little havarti, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard on light rye.

on a bagel, washed down with a cup of coffee-light with sugar.

chicken breast on a roll with sun-dried tomatoes,mozzerella, and pesto.

liverwurst, mayo -sometimes an onion

good ol grilled cheeze-either with a thin sliced tomato, or a slice of balogna

this is going to sound gross but don't judge it unless you try it. seriously its good.

take two pieces of white bread put honey mustard on one and creamy peanut butter on the other put one slice of white american cheese on each slice of bread, put 3 slices of ham in the middle put together and eat. delicious. its called a super sandwich.
