Hello, I've been reading this forum for a long time, but I've only posted a few times. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has experience with any of these books or videos, and if they could post their opinions.

1)Chi Kung videos by Doo Wai (Bak Fu Pai). I know there has been a lot of controversy with James Lacey and stuff, but now apparently videos have been released of Doo Wai. a) are these legit? b) are they decent?

2)"The Essence of Internal Martial Arts" series by Jerry Alan Johnson. Are these good, or a waste of money?

Thanks to anyone who can post any relevent opinions.

I haven't read the Essence of Internal Martial Arts by Johnson, but I have his "Master's Manual of Pa Kua" and it's pretty good, it covers a lot of stuff other books don't mention.
