CAO Style Yin Pa Kua Chang Combat Workshop

June 2, 20001 - The workshop are for those interested in learning Cao Yin Style Pa-Kua Chang fighting methods. Covered will be Cao Yin Style Pa Ku Chang palm change one and two - Qian Chuan Quan (Forward piercing palm) and Mo Zhang(Grinding Palm). There will be intensive drilling for body mechanics and freestyle applications of those two palm methods. Also covered will be footwork, speed, power training, push hands, rolling hands (Kun Shou) covering, deception, evasion, trapping, locking, throwing and empty hand translations.
Note: This is not Tai Chi- "Push Hands" (Tui Shou). There will be free fighting - light to full contact. You will need Head Gear, shin guards, Cup, gloves, etc...
7:00am to 2:00pm $100.00

July 4 - 14, 2001 in Beijing China - You can receive step by step instructions in Wutang Pa Kua Chang with Sifu Novell G Bell aka the Black Taoist. Includes Wu Tang Pakua form and internal and external Chi Kung. Ten Taoist exercises for spinal fitness and internal health. Also covered will be free style fighting. Applications of the Wu Tang Pa Kua style and Kun Shou (Rolling Hands)
