possibly a local badge harrassing a couple of guys from town who knew him and obviously didn't respect the office he was working for.

otherwise, yeah i think the 6,4 220 cop had those two 150 somethings under control. YOu could tell by the way they walked away and others had to be called in to arrest them. :p
