I had my ACL reconstruction on Tuesday. Opted for the Patellar graft. Start PT on Monday. Man.

Good luck. I've been there, man. It's going to stink for a few months, then get considerably better.

How's PT? What kind of things are they having you do?

Well, I'm two weeks post-op (tomorrow) and mainly I'm working on full leg extensions (no problem) and flexion stuff (about 90 degrees). I'm doing exercises every hour. At nine days post-op I went to one crutch. Tomorrow at my PT session, I'll probably be officially crutch-free, as I'm walking inside without any problem.

The 2nd week was MUCH better than the 1st week, that's for sure.
