my russian not being so good..or actually non existant, I can't really read what they are saying.

I wiull say the cat looks to be a snow leopard cross of sorts or possibly a wildcat/snowleopard cross.

nice beast though! That would be a very cool familiar to have about the house if you ask me.

i babefished the web page...they're calling it a 'fish cat' or 'asian fish cat'

yep, i'd agree that it's likely a fishing cat having looked at that site link.
The ocelot is close, but not quite. Probably a lot of shared genes in fishing cats, ocelots and wildcats from across europe and asia.
