I was wondering if any of you had any good ideals on how to make durable striking/grappling dummy's, Or were a gal might find a cheap place to bye one. (cheap = under 200$)

Is it something with full size limbs you are after? Practice armbars, kimuras etc - or just something to throw around (a cheap punchbag for instance)

Just started BJJ along side my Hung Kuen so am also looking for something - not one of those punchbag looking things with tiny arms!
