What's your favorite Kung Fu Tai Chi/Qi Gong/Wushu Magazine?

Mine (so far) is Shaolin Kung Fu Tai Chi, July/August 2004. I might be biased because I practice Northern Shaolin... but honestly, the whole issue interests me from cover to cover.

What's your favorite?

My fav is which ever issue is on stands now, which btw, is our Oct Nov 2006 (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/magazine/article.php?article=671) now...;)

Actually, it's hard for me to judge, given my position. I confess, July August 2004 (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/magazine/article.php?article=500) was a fav of mine though. The cover master Shi Decheng is my master and Shaolin is a focal point of my personal research. Glad you liked that one.

Ah... yeah it's definitely a good one. There's a whole lot of magazine in that issue. Very good. And I'll definitely check out the newest issue. (Even though it's October/November and it's not even September yet:D ). And I must extend my appreciation to you and your colleagues for publishing the magazine.

Here in publishing land, we get a little unstuck in time. For example, right now (late July) we're working on our NOV DEC issue, while I'm already starting to chip on our JAN FEB 2007 issue. That being said, there is no OCT NOV issue. There is a SEP OCT issue, which is the one I was referring to above. I'm correcting the heading for that issue online now. It's not the first typo we've done and surely not the last. At least the web is more forgiving than print.

All magazines go on stand a month before their listing, so our SEP OCT will be on stand in the beginning of August. This is a standard proceedure to balance out shelf life to give an issue a slightly longer run.
